Not only that (and I really hate to sound this way) but people that buy bonds are prime targets for lurers/scammers. Suddenly, you will start seeing a lot of lower levels wearing full bandos or arma, etc. Also, bonds provide an unfair wealth distribution. Nobody wants to get banned for telling somebody something.
Of course you dont hear about it because nobody really wants to talk about it. In-fact, most of my good runescape friends have either bought or sold gold. It just takes you getting to know people. I have several friends that actually sold gold. You may think that people aren't RWTing but it is something that nobody really wants to talk about.
